The basic idea of this website is to make it possible to report games, in order to create a rating based on the games you've played.
"; content += "This game reporting can start in two ways:
";
content += "- either you already played a game, that you and your opponent agreed to report on the ladder (remember to agree on this before you start the game).
";
content += "- or you find an opponent on the ladder website, and challenge him to a game.
Either way the report system requires that everything is agreed upon by your opponent as well, before any calculations of your new rating is made. In order to ensure this, whenever you challenge a player, or report a game, your opponent needs to accept this, before it is registered finally. In order to make this as quick a process as possible, an email is also sent to your opponent to ensure that he knows, he needs to take action. Also when he logs into the website, his \"My player data\" in the menu will written with a red color, to catch his attention. And you can always see the status of your challenges and game reports on your own player data page.
"; content += "Step by stepChallenges
";
content += "1. You challenge a player through the website.
";
content += " - this can either be an existing player or someone not registered yet. In the last case he receives an email, that encourages him to register properly and in the meanwhile he is registered with a temporary username, i.e. \"temp70\".
";
content += "2. Your opponent receives an email saying that someone challenged him.
";
content += "3. Your opponent logs in to the website and:
";

content += " - changes the details of the challenge (he might want a larger map, play live instead of pbem or ED Internet Edition instead of the original ED). In this case you will receive an email saying that he changes the details of the challenge and that you have to accept them or change them again. This process can go on and on until you agree to the details of the game. But remember: your opponent only decline a game, when he receives the challenge at first. If he starts to change the details, he has agreed to play the game. And you can't delete/decline a challenge you've sent.
";

Game reports
";
content += "There are two ways of reporting a game:
";
content += "1A. You are reporting a game, that was started through the website, sending a challenge. In this case you find the game and at the page with the game details, you press the button \"Report result\".
";
content += "1B. You are reporting a game that was started in some other way. In this case you choose \"Report game\" in the menu at the left.
";
content += "2. You then enter the game details, who won, turns played, city count at the end etc. and send the report.
";
content += "3. Your opponent receives an email notification.
";
content += "4. Your opponent logs in to:
";

";
content += " - accept the result.
";
content += "5. You receive an email saying that your opponent has accepted the result. A new rating for both players will be calculated and registered at the ladder affecting immediately your position in the rank.
